« People are more frequently judged on their past performance rather than on their potential and their ability to create value. »

To judge the ability of a person to perform in a given environment is a complex task. All too often, training and experience are the main criteria for assessing when a choice is made for an investment or recruitment.

Under performance for a position is however generally linked to factors that are not easy to measure: motivation, behaviour, personality and potential.

– What is this leader’s motivation system? What makes him tick?
– Under stress, what will his reaction be?
– Is he capable of power sharing? Will he be able to be a real leader and entrust the operations to a DG?
– Does he have the potential to support the development of the company? Can he change posture ?
